SKULL
Designed 30th July 2018
Origami Skull designed and folded by me from a 15x15cm square of tissue foil paper.

This model is mainly based on a 16x16 grid but the teeth section is based on a 64x64 grid. With this model I wanted to create a 3D skull with individual teeth included in the design. This led to a rather complex cp with very interesting transition units to form the teeth. Thankfully most of the creases to make the teeth are formed through folding rather than precreasing, otherwise this model would be horrible to fold. There are 24 individual teeth in total (less than the normal 32) but I am still very happy with the result.

If you are going to fold this design I suggest starting with the simplified crease pattern below and then attempt the complex crease pattern.
