TREE FROG

Designed 22nd October 2018

Origami Tree Frog designed and folded by me from a 40x40cm square of Pearl Crumpled Paper treated with mc.

I started work on a tree frog design in 2013 - www.flickr.com/photos/dangermax/9556107937 - but I did not finish it. 5 years later I revisited the design and managed to turn it into a proper model with a colour change belly. The central structure (where the eyes come from) is unchanged but the rest is completely different.

This is one of my favourite models because it is 360 degree accurate - no matter what angle you look at it from, it will look like a real tree frog due to the closed belly.
